will someone write me a postie and tell me that going to bed at 8pm is not a smart idea?

i mean in theory, all's fine and dandy but ...

2am: wide and awake, cursing under my breath for missing my 9pm appointment
3am: hungry so attacked the fridge
4am: downloaded greys (no spoilers!)
5am: shower & hopped back into bed
8am: woke up late and awfully fatigued!!
