grandma's recipe

a simple recipe from her which warmed my heart..

steamed fish: cod fish, salt, soya sauce, mushrooms, ginger, garlic put into wok with water for 15 mins. specific instructions was to marinate for longer and eat once its steamed so it's less fishy.and though im no big fan of anything from the sea ('cept seaweed), the extent she went through to describe each and every teeny step (down to how to choose the right fish and cut my ginger..) made me promise to make it one day.

sometimes i think she loves me more than i think.
