ice skating - jcube

when your bestie, C, says she wants to go ice-skating, you pack up the entire family and GO! :) 

we did our due diligence and trooped across town to jcube on a week night with all the little people in tow!

slapped skates on them and bundled them up in cosy jackets! isn't ethan the cutest dumpling?

we got there slightly early for our session so they let us sit rink side to watch them clean the ice! which was great for these vehicle-crazed boys! 

LOL the parents got in the action too!

it was a nice little warm up for the kids! not sure if anyone is going to be a world class ice skater but we'll just go for a few round occasionally! if only we had one closer to home that could be a fun weeknight activity!! 

p.s. then we took them to maccas for ice cream treats and home wayyyyy past bedtime! this delinquent parenting has to stop!!
