after the fashion show last week, we went to our favorite fabric store, tomato! i was specifically after slinky winter fabrics to make musashi a throw-blankie (house rules #57:: no such thing as too many throws..) but i couldn't resist picking this one up...
and i quote my little fashionista pal, yilian, "i really like this particular leopard print because of the additional yellow centre, it lightens the overt sensuality that leopard prints tend to have with a touch of tongue in cheek."
hemmed the edges and added a brown trim on both ends...
thought it would go fabulously with some of my winter neutrals
using the video tutorial here, i played with a few styles!
i made sure i bought an extra long scarf so its a little more versatile,
especially since its so sheer!
this one is called the boa.
im sure this scarf will be worn to death this winter!!
i love it!!
xx
