eats:: chorizo & shimeji mushroom spa

because we both work till pretty late on weekday evenings, we usually take turns preparing meals. despite having less prep time, i always get outdone by the boy. 

inspired by our favorite italian hotspot, his meals all come with pretentious fancy names ending with "spa" :)

served with a glass of white 

& hearty chocolate croissant for dessert!! hmmm...

p.s. thank you, god. for a man that cooks. im eternally grateful.
