wedding: our wedding stationery

daniel's finally started working on some belated picture editing. we might be able to talk about our vacations from a few years ago by christmas (just kidding!!) we got him an imac for his birthday and i'm so delighted that he is putting his birthday present to good use. he's going through our pictures at crazy speed! i might have some fun things to show soon.

but till then, i'll leave you with our beloved wedding stationery.

if you asked me six months ago, i would definitely tell you this was the craziest project i worked on and NEVER EVER try that. the combination with daniel's stringent copy-writing, my design concept and our lack of photoshopping skills kept us up till all hours for days. crazy times...

clockwise from top left: wedding program, invitation, envelope, map, escort cards, table number, RSVP cards.

not in picture: guest placecards & guest book

im gonna shameless declare that i love it still. and the best part is, we're picked up some decent photoshopping skills and designing our christmas cards was such a breeze! :)\

p.s. a little tip for the unwedded and brave diy brides. we chose black because it was dead simple to reprint in our home printer and we didn't have to go through pantone charts with our printer and calibrate everyone's screen to get the right shade. black's black, right?

xx

  10. hey there, I've been reading your blog for awhile now but never left a comment. I saw this post and I got all inspired. In fact, your DIY and craft work inspired me to do quite a bit for my wedding. Being so uncreative, I'm not sure how it'll all work out. But I'll still give it a try, especially if its for my big day. :) So, thank you!
