movie: brides war

im a sucker for chick-flicks. i mean it was about weddings, absolute must see for me! :) and i loved it. i don't want to spoil it for anyone but it was 2 hours of fun, gawking at the vera wangs, the jewellery, the flowers. oh and i loved the wedding planner, marion st claire (candice burgen) she was so no-fuss orchestrating both weddings. just like a ringmaster in a circus, like a flawless ballet. i was especially envious when all she needed to do was toss the contract on the table of two gushing brides, they signed on the spot and she was ready for the 1:15 appointment.. my mind kept chanting "one day.. one day..!" haha...

and its so me, to figure out stuff in fluff, but i love it the 'moral of the story'!

“It was quite a wedding and as i stood there watching i realized something i’d forgotten a long time ago. Sometimes in life there really are bonds formed that can never be broken. Sometimes you really can find that one person who will stand by you no matter what. Maybe you will find it in a spouse and celebrate it with your dream wedding. But theres also the chance that the one person you can count on for a lifetime, the one person who knows you sometimes better than you know yourself is the same person who’s been standing beside you all along.”

absolutely loved the part when the tiffany box tumbled out from her closet and you could heard the entire cinema (filled undoubtedly with girls) gasp...

thanks babe, it was fun! :)
