scrubbing in...

this is inspired by convo with song on msn.

he told me he is scrubbing in for the baby brother's knee op when he goes home this june. the thought of the gooey messy & bloody flipped my stomach and induced a "that's very disgusting" comment. not quite the response my overtly enthusiastic brother was hoping for.. but hey! to each his own. and evidently thats his way of being part of our dear brother's life.
i guess my being there for Carol's wedding, getting teary eyed & helping pick wedding location is my equivalent of scrubbing in.. *grins*
