getting old and creaky

after a weekend of moving, my back was calling out. such a wuss.. it was bunched up so tight i had to lie real straight in bed to sleep which was extremely uncomfortable =(

and like all asian aunties would do, had to go search for the biggest, most unglamourous heat patch and smack it right in the middle of my lower back. i smell horrendous but it works like a charm...

i need a back rub badddd...
